Return & Refund Policy

At Park Avenue Floratique, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our floral designs. Every arrangement is made to order with fresh, seasonal blooms and prepared with the utmost care.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns on floral arrangements.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your floral order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement arrangement of equal value to ensure your experience meets our standards.

For non-perishable items such as candles, books, vases, gifts, and other dry goods, we offer refunds or exchanges provided the item is returned to our shop in its original, unopened condition within 7 days of purchase. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

General Delivery Policy

Park Avenue Floratique offers local flower delivery in New York City. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time, subject to availability and delivery location.

We require that someone be available to receive all flower deliveries. A working local phone number for the recipient is required for all orders.

All floral sales are final and non-refundable. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be available at the delivery location on the selected delivery date.

If the recipient is unavailable, has left the delivery location, provided an incorrect address, or is out of town at the time of delivery, this is not cause for a refund or exchange, as we have fulfilled our obligation to deliver on the requested date.

If we are unable to complete delivery on the first attempt, a redelivery fee may apply.

Delivery fees may vary based on location, distance, timing, and order details. Final delivery pricing will be confirmed at checkout or by contacting the shop directly.
