A local studio builds exactly what you ordered. Second: who carries them. Third-party couriers leave flowers in lobbies; a florist's own team hands them to a doorman with a name logged, or waits for the recipient at a walk-up. Third: where the stems come from. A shop inside the flower district buys at the wholesale market the morning of your delivery. A shop reselling a wire order is working with whatever's in the cooler.
